Please note, we do not ship to Uruguay and South Korea.

  • Accepted Returns: We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. All returned items must be in new condition.

  • Exchanges: We also offer exchanges for eligible products.

  • Return Method: All returns must be sent by mail.

  • Return Window: Customers have 30 days from the delivery date to return a product.

  • Restocking Fee: A $12 restocking fee will apply to all returns.

  • Return Label: The customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

  • Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 10 days after the returned item is received and inspected.
