Please note, we do not ship to Uruguay and South Korea.

Accepted Returns: We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. All returned items must be in new condition.

Exchanges: We also offer exchanges for eligible products.

Return Method: All returns must be sent by mail.

Return Window: Customers have 30 days from the delivery date to return a product.

Restocking Fee: A $12 restocking fee will apply to all returns.

Return Label: The customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 10 days after the returned item is received and inspected.
